🎯 Requirements

• Strong quantitative skills; Masters required, PhD preferred.
• Experience with at least two of: R, Python, C, C++, SQL, Java; Spark/Scala a plus.
• Experience defining hypotheses, analyzing data, and building ML models.
• Communicate complex results clearly using Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Self-driven in a fast-paced startup environment.
