📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated statistical models, experiments, and causal inference approaches that uncover
• Build scalable analytical capabilities—including semantic layers, entity models, and repeatable
• Own complex, ambiguous analytical initiatives from problem definition through execution
• Partner with Client Experience, Strategy, Marketing, Styling, Engineering, and other
• Advance the team’s technical capabilities by mentoring other Data Scientists and leveraging LLMs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role, with experience applying
• Strong foundation in experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, and product
• Experience working with complex, interconnected datasets and building scalable data structures or
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL, comfortable developing analytical solutions in collaborative
• Strong communicator and independent problem solver who can bring structure to ambiguity, own
