🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience in Data Science, Operations Research, Optimization Engineering, or a
• Strong expertise in Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) and optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX
• Proven experience designing heuristic algorithms for large-scale combinatorial optimization
• Demonstrated experience delivering optimization solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-objective optimization and the ability to balance multiple metrics
• Advanced Python programming skills.
