🎯 Requirements

3+ years as data scientist, economist, or PhD in related field.
Proficiency in SQL.
Proficiency in Python or R.
Strong foundation in experimentation and causal inference.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting.
