📋 Description

• Design, build, and productionize predictive models for real-time personalization.
• Apply causal inference and RL (contextual multi-armed bandits) to optimize interactions.
• Embed models into scalable, real-time systems with product engineers.
• Work with customers on advanced use cases; validate models for objectives.
• Translate business goals into modeling strategies; communicate results clearly.
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks and uplift modeling.
• Shape data science best practices within the product organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or similar.
• Hands-on causal inference: uplift modeling, counterfactuals, A/B.
• Practical experience with reinforcement learning and contextual bandits.
• Strong ML foundation: scikit-learn, XGBoost, or equivalent.
• Advanced Python with software engineering practices (testing, packaging, version control).
• Experience taking models from experimentation to production.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and uplift modeling.
