📋 Description

• Support our security analysts by continuously improving alert quality, workflow efficiency, and
• Work across our operations, engineering and service delivery teams, ensuring Expel can easily
• Drive business decisions by translating data insights into clear, actionable knowledge for the
• Foster an atmosphere of experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.
• Maintain and enhance our existing models while supporting new data science initiatives.
• Contribute to Expel’s external voice through blog posts and conference speaking.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and desire to collaborate and work with teams throughout the organization to foster
• Ability to communicate technical data science concepts to various audiences, especially non data
• Passion for finding order and meaning in large, chaotic data sets an amorphous problem domains
• Deep proficiency with Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn) and SQL for model development.
• Knowledge of statistics (distributions, hypothesis testing, probability, etc.)
• Proficiency of a few popular data science and visualization frameworks such at scikit-learn
