📋 Description

• Build and ship models that predict user value, engagement, and reward behaviour, and see them live
• Design and run A/B tests on offers, rewards, and ranking, and use causal reasoning to understand
• Build data infrastructure and measurement systems to rigorously reason about impact.
• Own undefined product problems from first idea to production, with no playbook.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL skills; uses AI tools to move faster and verifies output.
• Research or academic background with proof of depth (published work, thesis, strong coursework, or
• Ability to start on vague problems without a spec and take them further than asked.
• Ability to identify which numbers matter and which questions to answer first.
• Thinks in causation and testable hypotheses; rigorously debugs when things break.
