📋 Description

• Analyze fraud patterns, customer behavior, and model outcomes.
• Partner with engineering/product to define metrics and drive value.
• Design and run experiments on features, models, and datasets.
• Evaluate model quality via dataset analysis, calibration, and score distribution investigations.
• Build repeatable analyses, prototypes, and internal tools for research and decision-making.
• Communicate findings clearly across data science, engineering, and business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in data science, ML, analytics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML and data science best practices with real-world applications.
• Experience with Python, Jupyter, Pandas, PySpark, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Comfort with deep analysis and lightweight prototyping to test ideas quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous spaces.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
