📋 Description

• Analyze Gremlin’s chaos data to identify failure patterns and resilience signals.
• Develop ML models to detect, classify, and explain failures.
• Create automated remediation recommendations from outcomes.
• Build scalable data pipelines and feature stores for training and real-time inference.
• Collaborate with platform engineers and SREs to embed AI features into Gremlin.
• Apply causal inference, graph ML, time-series modeling, and reinforcement learning to improve accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and productionizing ML for distributed systems or DevOps/SRE.
• Hands-on causal inference, graph ML, time-series modeling, or RL.
• Experience building data pipelines and feature stores for offline and real-time inference.
• Experience with agile development environments.
• Rigorous experimentation, model evaluation, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with platform engineers and SREs to ship features.
