🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science (B2C/internet).
• SQL fluent; Python or R for analysis.
• Strong stats with A/B test design and hypothesis testing.
• Data viz and storytelling; dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fast learner; ownership in a fast-paced environment.
