🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in machine learning, computer science, statistics, or related
• 3+ years of practical experience deploying ML algorithms in production environments
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud computing
• Strong background in NLP/NLG, large language models, and foundation models for text processing
• Proven ability to design and execute experiments
• Solid foundation in experimentation (A/B test design, bias awareness, guardrail metrics)
