🎯 Requirements

• Degree in statistics, economics, math, OR or engineering (advanced degrees preferred), or
• 4-6+ years in data science or analytics
• Proficiency in SQL with large datasets
• Experience in Python or R for DS and visualization
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
