📋 Description

• Design and run incrementality experiments (geo, ghost bidding, holdout, PSA)
• Build, maintain, and evolve marketing mix models and multi-touch attribution
• Apply causal inference methods to non-RCT questions
• Develop and validate predictive models for campaign performance
• Present findings in clear, decision-ready formats

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related
• 3–5 years applied data science with marketing measurement focus
• Hands-on experiment design and analysis (A/B, geo, holdout)
• Strong Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, PyMC) and SQL
• Solid grounding in statistical inference, regression, and causal methods
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
