Data Scientist (Early Hire, Full Model Ownership, B2C SaaS | Remote EU/UA)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ML: framing, development, deployment, and monitoring
• Build models for churn, LTV, propensity, and recommendations
• Partner with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Finance
• Shape experimentation framework and ML standards for the team
• Ensure privacy-aware feature engineering and data-use compliance
• Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building and deploying production ML models
• Strong Python and SQL; ML stack (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF)
• Stats, significance, causal inference, and uplift modelling
• Hands-on with churn, LTV, propensity, or recommendations
• End-to-end ownership from framing to production
• Clear storytelling for non-technical stakeholders
