📋 Description

• Research and develop data science methods for NEXUS across datasets
• Design and implement production-grade Python components
• Understand real-world enterprise data for reliability
• Run rigorous experiments, design benchmarks, and prioritize results
• Tackle structured data tasks: classification, regression, ranking, forecasting
• Collaborate with Eng/Research to understand NEXUS model behavior

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or ML roles
• Strong Python with pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
• Deep experience with XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost
• Understand tabular data challenges: imbalance, high cardinality
• Experimental mindset; design benchmarks; draw conclusions from noisy results
• Autonomous; drive work from idea to shipped output
