Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define business problems, establish success
• Explore and combine data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
• Build and evaluate predictive models for customer propensity, lifetime value, segmentation, and
• Apply statistical analysis and experimentation to understand performance drivers
• Develop reusable analytical workflows and automate recurring analyses
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into business workflows and monitor

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data science or closely related role
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python
• Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning: regression, classification, clustering
• Experience with feature engineering, model validation, and evaluation metrics
• Ability to work with AI and LLMs
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approach
