📋 Description

• Propose and conduct quantitative research on user behavior and product trends.
• Design experiments for causal inference with engineers, scientists, and economists.
• Scope features with product managers; model scenarios and impacts.
• Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes and next steps.
• Develop topic area expertise (e.g., Thumbtack search) and related systems.
• Collaborate with, mentor, and help recruit team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in data science, analytics, or economics.
• Stakeholder management across product, design, engineering, and marketing.
• Experience scoping, analyzing, and communicating experiments.
• Expert in SQL.
• Strong communication and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Math, CS, OR, or Economics.
