Data Scientist - Inference, Community Support

📋 Description

• Design experiments and quasi-experiments to measure causal impact.
• Build causal ML models to optimize budget allocation and impact.
• Quantify long-term effects of product changes and heterogeneous effects.
• Deliver strategic insights on quality-cost tradeoffs for CS experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Eng, Ops, Analytics.
• Influence leadership with clear, data-driven narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in quantitative analysis; Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design.
• Strong knowledge of Bayesian modeling and statistical inference.
• Hands-on experience deploying statistical/ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python and R; SQL database usage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
