Data Scientist Manager

📋 Description

• Coach and develop a 4–6 person data science team.
• Own the Data Science roadmap and prioritization.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, product, and operations.
• Own marketplace forecasting and related metrics.
• Own production ML systems inside the core product.
• Establish best practices for data science at Solace.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Data Science experience.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Deep Python, ML and SQL fluency.
• Production ML experience from notebook to production.
• Statistical and time-series forecasting expertise (ARIMA/Prophet).
• A/B testing and causal inference expertise.
