📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced fleet planning systems that support all parts of the business
• Formulate and solve complex optimization problems, including linear, nonlinear, dynamic, and
• Explain the why behind the results to stakeholders across the business
• Build models that capture the real world complexity of renting cars, from how pricing decisions are
• Stay current on the latest research in revenue management, operations research, and machine

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in mathematical optimization, including linear, nonlinear, and integer
• Master's degree or higher in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, model evaluation, and how to take
• Expertise in Python for data analysis, modeling, and production deployment
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and analysis, stay up to date with the latest developments
• Translate complex problems into actionable models and analyses, and communicate findings clearly to
