📋 Description

• Design and analyze experiments (A/B, quasi, causal) to measure impact.
• Build measurement frameworks and KPIs to quantify product success.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Design to inform strategy with data.
• Develop behavioral models to understand member engagement across lifecycle.
• Build scalable, self-serve reporting and tooling for stakeholders.
• Proactively surface insights and recommendations beyond the ask.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6+ years in a quantitative role owning metrics or initiatives.
• Advanced SQL; experience with Snowflake, dbt, and ELT workflows.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Looker, Hex, Amplitude, Sigma).
• Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Hypothesis-driven; frame questions, wrangle data, extract insights.
• Strong storytelling to translate data into actionable recommendations.
