📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve UX, adoption, and retention.
• Define and maintain core metrics to measure product value.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference.
• Analyze usage and segments to inform roadmap decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for teams.
• Develop models and forecasts to explain user behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, economics, or similar.
• SQL, Python, and statistical methods.
• Experience defining new metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Deep fluency in experimentation, causal inference, and A/B testing.
• Strong product instincts on AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
