Data Security Expert (DLP)

📋 Description

• Design and implement the company-wide data security scheme for the new financial system.
• Develop and enhance data security detection capabilities, including DLP, encryption, and masking.
• Validate data security rules and models; handle incident identification, response, and forensics.
• Improve risk detection by refining rules, building data asset maps, and tracing data flows with graph methods.
• Explore AI/LLM techniques to enhance security detection and automated response.

🎯 Requirements

• Major in information security, network security, or computer science; 8–10 years in data security.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint and email DLP.
• Familiar with the data security lifecycle and risk points at each stage.
• Familiar with security offense/defense techniques; experience in security operations and risk management.
• Familiar with data security products and detection methods such as DLP, UEBA, encryption, and secure sharing.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint protection; macOS and Linux familiarity; threat modeling is a plus.
• Experience with Flink, Hive, Spark, Elasticsearch; graph tech; security analytics a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; awareness of compliance and legal considerations.
