Data Services Analyst

📋 Description

• Leverage our data pipeline to design custom data solutions and deliver on time.
• Own recurring data requests end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and accountability.
• Collaborate with Insight Analysts and Client Services to identify high-impact data opportunities.
• Partner with technical and commercial teams to ship data products rapidly with quality.
• Improve data access and reusability by building reusable SQL queries and Looker dashboards.
• Improve operational procedures to strengthen data quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years SQL/Excel/BI tools (Looker/Redash); English (B2-C1)
• Strong data organization and accuracy with large datasets.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes and prioritize customers.
• Communicate analyses clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on AI tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
