📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day progress of high-visibility initiatives across multiple teams.
• Serve as central point of contact between Data Science, Fraud, Solutions, and Engineering.
• Provide transparency and manage complex workstreams for stakeholders.
• Establish clear communication cadences to prevent information silos.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure decisions are tracked.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in process improvement, operations, or strategic program management.
• Formal knowledge of program management principles and tools.
• Experience managing projects within a technology organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-facing experience.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, or similar PM tools preferred.
