Data Transfer Team Lead

📋 Description

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the data migration development team to meet quality and performance goals.
• Plan workload based on deployment priorities and client timelines.
• Act as a technical mentor to junior and intermediate developers to accelerate growth.
• Participate in recruitment processes and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee architecture of migration scripts and ETL engines for reliability and performance.
• Lead analysis and execution of complex data migrations; enforce quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of development experience, with a strong focus on data integration (ETL) or database management.
• Previous experience in team management, project coordination, or technical mentorship (strong asset).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, query optimization, complex data analysis).
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET environment.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
