Data Transmission Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor file transmissions, feeder files, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure successful delivery.
• Validate file completeness, counts, naming, and formatting.
• Perform reconciliations between source and target systems to verify totals and delivery.
• Investigate failed, delayed, missing, duplicated, or corrupted transmissions and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Support go-live, SIT/UAT, cutover activities, and production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data transmissions, file-based integrations, or interface operations.
• Experience supporting federal system implementations, ERP integrations, or large-scale data exchanges.
• Strong file processing, batch, reconciliation, and data validation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical, functional, client, and program stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence.
