Ensure backups and recovery processes are aligned with company standards.
Implement improvements in database maintenance, security, and protection.
Manage incidents, requests, and changes within agreed service levels.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience administering Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong experience with MS SQL and T-SQL.
Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Always-ON Availability Groups.
Understanding of DMVs, Extended Events, SQL Profiler, and Query.
Experience managing Azure-hosted SQL instances.
SQL backup and recovery strategies knowledge.
