Lead, hire, and develop a team of database engineers and architects, setting clear performance and

Drive operational excellence and reliability for all production database systems, setting
Establish and enforce database security protocols and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and
Partner with software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and product leadership to align database

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in database architecture, design, and administration
2+ years directly managing or leading database engineers or architects.
Demonstrated expertise with both relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL
Proven experience setting database security protocols and compliance frameworks, with direct
Experience with cloud database platforms and services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including database
Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop technical talent, and to communicate database
