📋 Description

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of database engineers and architects, setting clear performance and
• Own the database architecture strategy and standards for Intelerad's medical imaging platforms
• Drive operational excellence and reliability for all production database systems, setting
• Establish and enforce database security protocols and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and
• Partner with software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and product leadership to align database

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in database architecture, design, and administration
• 2+ years directly managing or leading database engineers or architects
• Demonstrated expertise with both relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL
• Proven experience setting database security protocols and compliance frameworks, with direct
• Experience with cloud database platforms and services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including database
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop technical talent, and to communicate database
