Oversee datacenter design, installation, and commissioning for AI workloads.
Collaborate with AI researchers and software/hardware teams to align infra needs.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to procure equipment and installations.
Support facilities with real estate matters: identify properties and leases.
Work with legal and finance to execute real estate transactions and payments.
Forecast and plan future datacenter capacity for AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or 5+ years without a degree.
Licensed real estate agent in CA, WA, TX, and/or FL.
Contract management experience.
Familiarity with AI/ML infra incl GPU/TPU clusters and high-bandwidth networking.
Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Relocation to Bastrop, TX required if not local.
