Datacentre Operations Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations at the Paris-Saclay site with technical leadership.
• Set and enforce site-level standards for physical practices, cooling, and SLAs.
• Lead commissioning to operational steady state; implement advanced liquid cooling workflows.
• Collaborate with HPC SRE, Network Eng, and Strategy to codify standards.
• Manage NVL72-class ultra-high-density platforms and document SOPs for scalable support.
• Drive incident response, RCA, and continuous improvement across the site.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/EE or 10+ years in data centre ops.
• 5+ years in data centre ops/HPC with leadership.
• Lead role with standards ownership and SLA accountability.
• Strong French and English communication.
• Experience with HPC NVIDIA GPUs, high-density compute, storage, networking.
• DLC and NVL72/busbar hardware knowledge; firmware management.
