DaVinci Area Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Drive da Vinci™ Surgical System adoption to improve the clinical outcome for patients.
• Manage the complex sales process of the da Vinci™ Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades
• Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies to maximize system adoption in the
• Manage and lead multiple projects to maintain the pipeline health to achieve the quarter/annual
• Lead close collaboration with the Clinical Sales, marketing, and relevant cross-functions to manage
• Manage KOL and accounts to identify business development opportunities and execute system deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years of solid sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building dynamic team relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a strong work ethic and metric-based process orientation.
• Excellent learning agility and strong project management capability.
• Leadership presence with strong influence and engagement skills.
