📋 Description

• Providing vocational supports to individuals with disabilities, including assisting in work skills
• Coordinating and managing overall operations including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects
• Ensuring program implementation and continuity.
• Facilitating individual community involvement and integration.
• Supporting individual health/nutrition.
• Encouraging family involvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Prior supervisory/management experience; day program experience preferred.
• Positive role model for others and able to work on a team.
• Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Computer skills for documentation.
• Valid Driver's License (due to transporting persons served).
