Day Services Program / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Engage individuals via workshops and life-enrichment activities
• Teach daily life skills (cooking, budgeting, volunteering)
• Lead outings and workshops to keep individuals engaged
• Assist with personal care and daily behavioral support
• Report daily outcomes in the electronic documentation system

🎯 Requirements

• 6-12 months experience with individuals with disabilities
• Must be 21 years or older
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van
• Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
• Compassion, patience, professionalism
