Coach and mentor individuals with I/DD
Lead activities (music, art, games, reading, AV)
Teach daily life skills: cooking, money mgmt, volunteering
Lead outings and workshops; keep participants engaged
Provide personal care and behavioral interventions
Document daily progress in electronic system

🎯 Requirements

6+ months experience with individuals with IDD
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license; able to drive a company van
Comfortable providing personal care and behavioral support
Strong reading/writing; document care and follow plans
