Day Services Program / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Engage individuals through workshops and activities (music, art, games, reading, AV)
• Teach and assist daily life skills (cooking, money management, volunteering)
• Lead outings and activities; keep individuals engaged
• Assist with personal care and daily behavioral interventions
• Report daily outcomes in the electronic documentation system

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van
• Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs
• Excellent communication is key in this role
