Dayforce WFM System Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage the Workforce Management (WFM) workstream throughout the Dayforce implementation lifecycle
• Gather, document, and validate business needs, map them to Dayforce capabilities, and recommend
• Implement and validate Time and Attendance and Scheduling functionality, including pay policies
• Map data from existing timekeeping and scheduling systems, prepare functional specifications for
• Develop test scenarios and lead unit, system, and user acceptance testing. Validate pay rules
• Plan and execute implementation readiness activities, including accrual balance transfers, schedule

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience, including direct configuration of
• Proven experience delivering complete Dayforce implementations from initial discovery through
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and labor practices, including FLSA
• Experience developing test scenarios, coordinating testing cycles, validating system functionality
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
• Practical knowledge of Dayforce WFM configuration and an understanding of workforce data flows
