📋 Description

• Work across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) with a focus on database technologies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting using logs, metrics, traces to identify root causes.
• Resolve incidents in collaboration with Incident Commanders and reliability teams.
• Plan, execute, and rollback complex changes (GMUD) with proper controls.
• Troubleshoot performance, deadlocks, replication, backup/restore, and SQL query issues.
• Document knowledge bases, runbooks, and RCA reports after incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in database administration across multiple engines (MySQL, SQL Server
• Hybrid database knowledge across MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with backup, restore, disaster recovery; tuning, indexing, permissions, and user
• Incident resolution, technical diagnosis, and root-cause analysis in production environments.
• L advice with AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP; Linux and/or Windows environments desirable.
• Strong communication, proactive collaboration, and ability to operate under pressure.
