📋 Description

• Administer relational and non-relational databases across multicloud environments, supporting
• Provide N2/N3 database support, proactively monitoring availability, performance, capacity, and
• Investigate complex failures and technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable
• Participate in critical incident response and crisis management activities when required.
• Prepare root-cause analyses and Post Mortem/RCA documentation, including impact, cause, resolution
• Execute planned database changes in accordance with Change Management processes and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience administering databases in production environments
• Solid knowledge of at least two of the following database technologies: PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Experience with managed database services in at least one of the following environments: Microsoft
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience investigating database performance issues
• Practical experience with query tuning, index optimization, and execution-plan analysis
• Knowledge of backup, restore, disaster recovery, high availability, replication, and service
