Administer, configure, tune, and troubleshoot MySQL and PostgreSQL in production.
Manage and scale AWS RDS databases.
Migrate & replicate data to the Datalake using AWS DMS.
Design real-time data pipelines with Kafka or Kinesis.
Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Define data models for the Datalake and related systems.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: Senior DBA in fintech or complex data environments.
MySQL and PostgreSQL admin, tuning, and troubleshooting.
AWS: RDS and AWS DMS required; knowledge of S3/Redshift/Athena.
Languages: Fluent English (B2+).
Autonomy: Strong communication, attention to detail.
Education: Degree in IT, Engineering, CS, or related.
