DBFM Tender Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and refine maintenance concepts for DBFM tenders, including strategy, scope, contract
• Develop innovative maintenance solutions to maximize long-term infrastructure performance.
• Conduct RAMS analyses (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) and calculate Life
• Determine maintenance strategies and prepare cost models for long-term maintenance contracts.
• Analyze and optimize maintenance concepts with focus on quality, reliability, and availability.
• Coordinate and monitor one or more tender processes from A to Z.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in DBFM tendering, maintenance contracts, or asset
• Experience can be gained in infrastructure, construction, industry, chemicals, or a similar
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance concepts, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle costing.
• Demonstrable experience with RAMS analyses (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability &amp
• Experience in calculating and analyzing Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
