• Training employees and leaders in new system functionalities.
• Supporting users in daily work and resolving current system issues.
• Performing basic diagnostics and monitoring system performance.
• Ensuring operational compliance with procedures and best practices.
• Participating in incident management and supporting resolution processes.
• Supporting implementation of projects and new operational solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in a similar role with warehouse operations systems (including WMS).
• Communicative English (minimum B2) in speech and writing.
• Quickly learns new functionalities and can pass on knowledge to others.
• Enjoys supporting others and sharing knowledge.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions.
