DC Associate Driver - Inbound 1st Shift (Tier 2)

📋 Description

• Certified to drive advanced machinery within the H&M portfolio.
• Ensure an efficient and effective product flow by following operational routines in everyday work
• Unloading and sorting garments arriving daily by truck or container
• Picking, allocating, inducting, packing and shipping the right number of garments and/or products
• Process returns ensuring the correct refund is issued to our customers
• Stay informed about current campaigns and activities to maximize sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Certified to drive basic machinery within the H&M portfolio
• Understanding of inbound and/or outbound operations processes
• Strong communication & willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Attention to detail in relation to order processing and driving of machinery
• Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude toward change and meaningful growth
