📋 Description

• Training the 3PL operator on WMS system functionality and key warehouse processes
• Supporting and monitoring integrations between WMS, WCS and PLC systems
• Ensuring system continuity and supporting resolution of operational incidents
• Communicating system changes and monitoring their implementation by the 3PL operator
• Supporting project deployments and new operational solutions
• Collaborating with local and global teams on process and system changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
• English at a communicative level (min. B2)
• Good understanding of operational processes and distribution center functioning
• Experience with WMS systems or other warehouse management systems
• Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions
• Willingness to share knowledge and support development of others
