📋 Description

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary processes
• Partner with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational development
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and values-driven workplace culture, promoting positive employee
• Build positive labour relations through effective engagement with employee representatives and
• Lead the early resolution of workplace concerns by coaching managers and encouraging constructive
• Support organisational change initiatives and implementation of HR programmes and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of local labour law and regulations with implementation in the workplace.
• Profound knowledge in local logistics employee relations.
• Expert in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, procedures, and workplace investigations.
• Understanding of employee contracts, salary bandings, compensation and benefits.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable with empathy and sensitivity.
• Solid knowledge of all processes across the employee lifecycle.
