📋 Description

• Supervise 20+ associates in daily ops.
• Train associates and lead instruction.
• Handle customer service issues and emails promptly.
• Plan, coordinate daily workflow for max productivity.
• Monitor process accuracy vs goals; coach staff.
• Oversee cycle counts and annual inventories.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervising 20+ people in a fulfillment/warehouse center.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems: Manhattan, Red Prairie, HighJump.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Familiarity with LEAN production methods.
• Ability to lead and develop people in a team environment.
