📋 Description

• Support DC member engagement capability in Distribution team (Asset Management)
• Assist in client-facing content and DC pensions development
• Participate in external meetings and new business pitches
• Help with implementation meetings and requirement interpretation
• Collaborate with Product, Investment, Distribution, Legal, Compliance and more
• Stay informed on DC market developments and competitor activity

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of DC pension products and market dynamics
• Experience with new client implementations and external stakeholders
• Strong pensions knowledge (bundled/unbundled) and client needs sense
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams
• Confident presentation skills to senior audiences
• Analytical judgement and fast decision-making
