DCW, Direct Care Worker

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care.
• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay safe at home.
• Build close relationships with clients and support independence.
• Work with a supportive BAYADA team to deliver care.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health or patient care is welcome but not required.
• We will train you.
• A passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
