DDI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, operate, and maintain our Infoblox platform supporting our DDI initiative at Verisign
• Implement and support monitoring pipelines for DDI platform health to support observability and availability
• Automate DDI workflows for provisioning, cleanup and compliance enforcement
• Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
• Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for our first-line support teams
• Ensure compliance with vulnerability management standards and information security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Written and verbal communication skills – ability to clearly and succinctly describe complex issues
• Experience deploying and operating a DDI platform from industry leading vendors in a production environment
• Experience integrating multiple services with a DDI platform in a enterprise architecture
• Ability to write scripts in Python or Go that can interact with multiple platforms in an enterprise architecture
